Please Read Before requesting a custom or art piece and offering on adopts of mine!

READ THIS

By Commissioning me, You accept the following:1 - You will Not claim the My artwork as your own. I reserve the spot as the original artist. You will receive both a WATERMARKED and UNWATERMARKED version of the art piece. You may post the Watermarked version anywhere to your heart's content. As for the Unwatermarked version, that one is added to TH with MY previously set watermark; It also serves as a Personal Copy Just for you.2 - I reserve the right to cancel the commission or back out if I find you to be aggressive, or if I do not want to work with you. (if your payment is through a donation, I WILL finish your commission to your liking as that has never been my money.3 - If you Violate my TOS by any means, you will be blocked and Blacklisted from receiving art OR designs from me in the future.4 - You may buy/reserve a commission slot to give to someone else, but it must be used within a specified period of 2 weeks.5 - I will send you a sketch and you will decide whether or not you would like anything to be changed. I do not charge extra for any changes, so be as specific as you like.

Designs

Adopts

As I have the Ability to make adopts for multiple different species, I often have a lot open at one point in time. Due to this I often forget where I have ones open at the time.As such if you do not finish your payment within one month and have not specified at the start of our DM conversation, I will be under no obligation to remember what you offered on.However I will not accept the finished payment until you remember or find which adopt it was. I'll assist however I can, but it its not in my design hashtag or adopt files, it will be your responsibility to hunt down the adopt.

Customs

I will not charge until you're completely happy with the sketch. I do not charge for adjustments, so don't be afraid to nitpick if there's something you'd like adjusted. Only after payment is turned over will I continue on. The "no charge for adjustments" policy of mine applies to colours and patterns as well.

Blanket Design Terms of Service

  • DO NOT Claim my designs as your own. You will be blacklisted from receiving any designs from me. This applies to raffles hosted by me as well.

  • DO NOT remove my watermark from any custom work that I made for you. This will result in a Blacklist as well.

  • You of course may come up with whatever backstory you wish for your character. I do not hold any power over your choice of story, and I never should.

  • You may resell or trade off my designs at will. If its a Closed Species Custom, abide by their cool-down rules and be sure to contact their masterlist to register the transfer.

  • You may not resell the design for a higher value then base value if purchased with currency + any extra commissioned art if selling for currency.

  • You may redesign non Closed Species characters at will to any extent but not claim the art as your own if editing the original image.

  • If redesigning a Closed Species Character, you can ONLY redesign to the extent that the species allows. talk to the species if that is your desire.
